TERMS & CONDITIONS
Salon Policy
- To secure your booking, a $100 of deposit is required for each booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your appointment on the scheduled day.
- Payment options include cash, bank transfer, credit card or afterpay (with extra fee).
- Please arrive promptly for your procedure, allowing 10 to 15 minutes of extra time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you in the next time block, your appointment will be considered missed, and the deposit fee will be non-refundable.
- If you cannot attend your appointment, please inform us at least 72 hours of working day (not included Sat & Sun) in advance. You will have the opportunity to reschedule once to a different date/time within one month, ensuring you don’t lose your deposit.
- For the complimentary Touch-Up appointment, if you do not attend or reschedule within the specified time frame (4-8 weeks), a re-book fee of $95 will be charged to schedule your complimentary Touch-Up.
- In the event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will offer you a suitable date and time based on our availability. If the provided options do not align with your schedule, you will have the choice of a refund.
- Cancellation or failing to show up for your appointment will forfeit the deposit.
- All deposits, payments, or vouchers are valid for six months and are invalid after this period.
