Booking Policy Summary
💳 A $100 deposit is required for every appointment – this goes toward your total payment.
⏰ Please arrive 10–15 mins early. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
🔁 Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 72 business hours in advance (excluding weekends). You can reschedule once within 1 month to keep your deposit.
💉 Missed or late touch-up appointments (outside 4–8 weeks) will incur a $95 re-booking fee.
📆 We may reschedule your booking in rare cases – if the new times don’t work, we’ll refund your deposit.
🎟️ Deposits/vouchers expire after 6 months.
